Built on the biblical model of 1 Corinthians 12:28 Village features a true "team" ministry concept. Our function is to Equip, Empower release the Body into the work of ministry. We believe that every believer is a minister. Our heart is to promote the priesthood of all believers. 

You will notice below that we do not have titles but functions next to the names of our leaders. This is because we are real people NOT professionals, who are walking out the Grace and call of God on our lives. We do not believe in a "Top Down" ministry style but rather a "Bottom Up" ministry model. 

Mark & Jennifer have been married for 11 years, they have five children. Mark is the team leader of the Apostolic team at the Village Church in Swanzey, NH. Mark travels nationally as well as extensively through out northern and southern New England equipping the saints for the work of ministry. Mark has pioneered in Prophetic Schools and Schools of the Spirit. He believes the message that will transform the earth is the Finished Work of Jesus Christ!

Lee and Tina have been married for over 20 years. They have five children and five grandchildren. Lee and Tina have pioneered church plants and schools of ministry. They oversee the prophetic ministry at the Village Church. They are true fathers and mothers in the Body of Christ. We are so blessed to have them as part of our family. 

David and Jill Lane function in the Pastoral Grace at Village Church. They bring years of practical Kingdom maturity. They work with married couples and also oversee the children's ministry at the Village Church. David and Jill are true pastoral fathers and mothers and release that impartation to everyone they come in contact with! 

Jennifer Greenhall currently heads a home church and leads outreach ministry in the Capital District of New York. Jennifer also teaches as a 10th grade social studies teacher and loves to bring the Kingdom into the marketplace.

Her message is that the “Kingdom of Heaven is at hand” and that we can have the fullness of God’s goodness here on earth. Holy Spirit wants to flow through every believer everywhere we go, at work, school, grocery stores, malls, everywhere. His true joy is being able to reproduce in people the simplicity of this reality, in a 24/7 kingdom lifestyle! This is for every believer! No one is excluded! She sees the Finished Work of the Cross as the key to breakthrough and transformation in our nation. She has traveled the nations preaching the Gospel with signs and wonders and is part of the rising apostolic generation coming on the scene in this hour. Jennifer carries an anointing for creative miracles. 

Her heart is activating people into the simplicity of who they really are and destroying lies that hold people back from being who God created them to be- whether that’s in the church or on a park bench. Jennifer has traveled through out the nations and the United States, she considers wherever she is to be her mission field. She also loves pickles, adores her basset hound Buster, and thinks apple pie is the single greatest creation on the planet next to the lightbulb.

Erik and Jenna are an invaluable part of the Village Church. Erik and Jenna oversee the youth ministry at the Village Church. Erik also oversees our technology and Jenna is the church administrator. They are an amazing couple that brings joy and life to our Church! We are blessed to have them as family!
